Beef + Lamb New Zealand Ltd is the farmer-owned industry organisation representing New Zealand's sheep and beef farmers. It exists to help farmers make informed business decisions and to promote their collective interests. It does this by investing farmer levies to support a confident and profitable sheep and beef industry.
The senior management team at B+LNZ set itself a challenge to achieve a step-change in its team outputs and effectiveness over the course of 2014. This was no small ask, as the organisation has been consistently improving its performance for some years now. Vikki has worked with the team to identify the opportunities for individual and team development; refine and re-focus internal meeting and reporting processes; agree and set key priorities aligned to the strategic plan; and improve the manner in which important cross-functional projects are deployed throughout the organisation.
