Vikki has senior executive, CEO and governance experience across a wide variety of industries and parts of the supply chain, including import-export, manufacturing, wholesale, retail, professional services and e-commerce.
Her experience spans 30 years working with privately owned and family businesses, and with corporate enterprises. The past 17 of these have been as an independent consultant, which has included board appointments and CEO contract assignments. Vikki enjoys helping businesses to clarify their growth strategies and implement them successfully. Whether it is about realising new opportunities, improving market position and profitability, or even preparing the business for succession or sale, she'll work with you to prepare an easily understood plan of action - and then help you to line up your business systems, processes and people to deliver on it. - Bachelor of Commerce - Marketing & International Business; and Bachelor of Arts - Japanese (University of Auckland)

- Independent Director of Cafe Brands Ltd (Columbus Coffee), Auckland District Law Society Inc., Apprenticeship Training Trust and Telarc SAI Ltd.
- 19 years as an independent consultant providing strategic consultancy, contract general management, channel and business development, commercial and project management services to large and small businesses.
- Business leadership roles with Stevens Homeware (CEO), Auckland Museum (COO) and Fletcher Building (MD, Fletcher Aluminium and Plyco Doors).
