Getting Started
We aim to provide you with quality services that meet your objectives and deliver good value for money
To do this, we work hard to understand your objectives and how we can assist you to achieve them:

Before you disclose details of your project, we will offer you our Confidentiality Agreement. Right from the beginning, we want you to be confident that we will respect the information you share with us.

We will spend time with you, to understand your project and the outcomes you are seeking. We will also introduce you to our relevant capabilities. We will then prepare a written summary of your brief and sign this off with you. Our services to this point are provided free and without obligation.

If your project involves comprehensive product development, with your approval, we will prepare a detailed Work Plan outlining the process steps, estimated costs and timing. There is a small fee for this. If your requirements are relatively straightforward, we will provide you with a fee estimate once your brief is confirmed.
|
|
Should you decide to engage our services, we will sign a Consultancy Agreement with you. This agreement sets out our commitments to you and yours to us. It is an umbrella agreement, which will govern this and any future projects we undertake together.
|
|
We will communicate openly and regularly with you, so that we can jointly make well-informed decisions that lead to the best outcomes for your project.
